Tell it what is going on
A meeting next week. A letter you do not understand. A child falling further behind in reading. A child who will not get out of the car. Pick what matches and Advocary tells you what the rules actually say, with the citation and the date it was checked, so the answer takes a minute instead of three evenings of searching.

Build the record while it is fresh
Everyone tells you to document everything. Nobody tells you how, or when you are supposed to find the time. So: who called, what was said, what changed, what keeps happening, written down in a minute in the pickup line rather than reconstructed from memory months later.
Some things only become a pattern if somebody counted.
Half days add up three here and two there until the total matters. Speech minutes get promised and then quietly not delivered. Advocary counts what you have logged so you do not have to, and hands you the number when you need it.

Bring the whole history behind a concern
A meeting is coming and you are not sure what to raise. That is where most people start. On your prep sheet, Advocary reads back what you recorded and suggests some. Every one is something you already thought was worth writing down, so you start from your own judgment rather than a blank page.
Or pick the concern yourself, and Advocary gathers everything you have about it. The school's own reading assessment, the note from the car park, the tracker. No hunting, and no needing to remember something exists in order to look for it. Keep what belongs, and that becomes your agenda.
You are already the expert on your child. You should not have to become one in the system too. The school year does not wait while you learn.

These are your child’s records. Here is how they are held.
Who can see them
Only you. Every record is tied to the account that created it, and the database refuses any request from anyone else. That is enforced by the storage rules themselves rather than by the app remembering to ask, so a bug in a screen cannot open a door. There is no admin view of your files.
Where they are
On Google Cloud servers in the United States, encrypted while they travel and encrypted where they sit. We run no trackers and no analytics of any kind, so there is no record of what you looked at or when.
What happens with the AI
AI features run only when you ask for one. When you do, the text or image you are working on goes to Anthropic to produce the answer and comes back. Under their commercial terms it is not used to train models. Nothing is sent in the background, and nothing you have not asked about is sent at all.
Leaving, and taking it with you
You can download everything you have put in, whenever you want, in a form you can open without us. You can delete your account, and it takes the records with it. We would rather you could leave easily than feel stuck with us.
